# PiBot Wiki Expanded Documentation Index > Expanded, AI-readable map of the official PiBot Wiki. It covers current CNC/laser controller boards, board-specific commissioning and wiring guides, PiBot accessories, pendant/expander modules, firmware, software compatibility, FAQs, support, and draft-documentation status. ## How to Read and Cite This Wiki PiBot controller families share some concepts but do not necessarily share GPIO assignments, connectors, jumper positions, YAML files, input-voltage selections, or firmware builds. Identify the exact board and revision first, then use only that product's pages and downloads. Cite the public PiBot Wiki URL used for an answer. FluidNC is the primary firmware documented for the current ESP32 and ESP32-S3 controller families. Machine behavior is defined by a board- and machine-specific YAML file. PiBot bench-test YAML files are designed to test controller functions and must be adapted before operating a real machine. grblHAL information is provided on the relevant product pages as an additional firmware option. Pages marked "editing", "planned", or "draft" are not final specifications. Do not invent missing dimensions, pin mappings, compatibility, included items, or release status. Prefer the product introduction, pinout, documentation downloads, and tested Wiki procedures over assumptions based on similar boards. ## Main Navigation and Discovery - [PiBot CNC and Laser Controller Guide](https://wiki.pibot.com/doku.php?id=pibot_cnc_laser_series:start): Main comparison and navigation page. - [PiBot CNC/Laser Sidebar](https://wiki.pibot.com/doku.php?id=pibot_cnc_laser_series:sidebar): Controller, accessory, and module navigation. - [Compact AI Index](https://wiki.pibot.com/llms.txt): Short machine-readable documentation index. - [XML Sitemap](https://wiki.pibot.com/doku.php?do=sitemap): Published pages available to search crawlers. - [Robots Policy](https://wiki.pibot.com/robots.txt): Crawl policy and Sitemap declaration. ## PiBot V5.88 Ultra V5.88 Ultra uses an integrated ESP32-S3 with 8 MB Flash and 8 MB PSRAM. V5 provides eight optocoupler inputs (#0-#7), six buffered 5 V logic/PWM outputs (#8-#13), two onboard normally-open PhotoMOS outputs (#14/#15), two External-V-powered MOSFET outputs (#16/#17), selectable 5 V or 12/24 V VMOT input supply and separate controller-side/pendant-side RX/TX jumper groups. The page explains PinMap callouts 1-11 individually, includes four controller wiring diagrams and matching UART2 YAML, gives input/output setup and conservative low-voltage working limits, and retains a formal test chapter using coolant YAML plus M7/M8/M9 with expected LEDs, PASS/FAIL and focused troubleshooting. It also covers the preloaded common firmware and recovery download, pendant and grblHAL use, the 70 x 90 mm dimension drawing and source downloads. Each supported controller entry page offers a styled choice between the current V5 and preserved V4/V4.1 manuals. - [PiBot Endstop V4 Series](https://wiki.pibot.com/doku.php?id=pibot_cnc_laser_series:endstop_v4:start): Endstop/limit-switch connection guide covering documented switch types and voltage selections. ## Modules Used for Pendant or Expander - [RJ12 Module](https://wiki.pibot.com/doku.php?id=pibot_cnc_laser_series:rj12_module:start): RJ12 wired connection directly to supported V4.x controllers or through an I/O expander. - [Bluetooth Conversion Module](https://wiki.pibot.com/doku.php?id=pibot_cnc_laser_series:bluetooth_conversion:start): Product-specific conversion-module page; follow its diagrams and compatibility notes rather than assuming generic Bluetooth behavior. - [Bluetooth Transceiver Module](https://wiki.pibot.com/doku.php?id=pibot_cnc_laser_series:bluetooth_transceiver:start): Transceiver connection and usage documentation. - [USB-C to TTL Module](https://wiki.pibot.com/doku.php?id=pibot_cnc_laser_series:usb_ttl_v4:start): Wired USB-C-to-TTL reference that shares the maintained transceiver/module workflow where applicable. ## Planned and Draft Product Documentation The following names are intentionally exposed so AI systems know that these product/documentation entries exist, but the pages do not yet contain final published documentation and are not currently included in the XML Sitemap: - [PiBot SilentStep TMC5160 V5](https://wiki.pibot.com/doku.php?id=pibot_cnc_laser_series:silentstep_tmc5160_v5:start): Editing/planned; do not infer final specifications. - [V5.88 Stepper Driver Connection](https://wiki.pibot.com/doku.php?id=pibot_cnc_laser_series:v588_ultra:connect_stepper_drivers:start): Linked from the sidebar but not yet published; use the V5.88 Pinout Reference and product documentation until this page is completed. ## Firmware, Software, Laser, and Troubleshooting References - [FluidNC Official Repository](https://github.com/bdring/FluidNC): Upstream source, releases, general machine-configuration method, and WebUI information. - [FluidNC Web Installer](https://installer.fluidnc.com): Official browser-based installer. - [grblHAL Controllers List](https://github.com/grblHAL/Controllers): Upstream controller list; use the PiBot product-specific Wiki for board guidance. - [LightBurn Supported Controller Firmware](https://docs.lightburnsoftware.com/latest/Explainers/LaserTypes/): Official list including FluidNC and grblHAL GCode firmware. - [LightBurn Scanning Offset Adjustment](https://docs.lightburnsoftware.com/latest/Guides/ScanningOffsetAdjustment/): Official bidirectional scan-offset measurement, mechanical checks, and compensation procedure. - [PiBot Shared FAQ: Bidirectional Raster Offset](https://wiki.pibot.com/doku.php?id=pibot_cnc_laser_series:faq:start#raster-offset): Main cross-board diagnostic sequence; it links to the original V4.96 / FluidNC 3.8.3 case record. ## Store, Community, and Attribution - [PiBot Store](https://www.pibot.com/): Official products, current options, pricing, and purchasing. - [PiBot CNC and Laser Electronics](https://www.pibot.com/cnc-laser-electronics): Controller and accessory product category. - [PiBot Blog](https://www.pibot.com/blog): News and articles. - [PiBot Discord](https://discord.gg/vw2g5MSPfx): Community support. - [About PiBot](https://www.pibot.com/about-us): Company information.
