🎯 Objective

To help new users get started smoothly, the board ships with FluidNC and a test config.yaml already installed. If you're a beginner, please do NOT re-flash the firmware or change the YAML until you have finished this checklist.

📋 Checklist Overview

This checklist repeats the same item-by-item test we run on every board before it leaves the factory. It takes about 60 minutes, the steps are safe and simple, and they walk you through every I/O so you quickly get to know the board. Beginners, please don't skip it.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
Power Supply12 V or 24 V DC — powers the board. Never go over 24 V.
USB-C CableA data cable (not charge-only). Connects the board to your PC.
Windows PCWin 10 / 11. Runs the WebUI and the firmware flashing.
MultimeterSet it to auto-range, for checking voltages.
Jumper Caps ×10To bridge each input to GND during the input test.
Flat ScrewdriverSmall, for the 0–10 V trimmer and the screw terminals.
micro SD CardFormatted FAT32, to test the card slot.
AntennaThe included IPEX antenna — plug it in for Wi-Fi.
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
OLED Display0.96" I2C, only if your board has one.
OscilloscopeFor advanced signal checking.
485-to-USB ModuleFor the RS485 test (Advanced Tests).

Pre-installed at the factory — nothing to install before testing.
